Welcome to our peaceful, adorable, and comfortable single level home “By the Pond” which includes private pool, boardwalk, golf cart, linens, house towels, and departure cleaning at no charge for stays of a week or more. Book now your South Carolina Vacation Rentals with us!
Only Weekly rentals are available from May until September and these run from Sunday to Sunday only. We have found that this allows our guests a nice final weekend at the beach and reduces incoming and departure traffic for their visit.
Charming, adorable, comfortable, renovated original beach house. Newly and nicely decorated and full of amenities.
Our home has 5 bedrooms with 4 of them each containing a queen bed and the 5th bedroom is for children with a bunk bed. Has 3 full bathrooms, 2 living areas, fully stocked kitchen and dining area. It also has 3 covered porch areas, 2 outside heated showers, separate storage building containing golf cart and bikes, and a private fenced in pool area.
Ours is a family home which we rent to families only with the renting adult parents being over the age of 30 and have a maximum occupancy of 10 with 8 adults maximum since the bunk bed room is for children only. We only want responsible guests who will care for and cherish our home like we do.
Discounts available to returning guests at all our properties who visit year after year.
Stays of less than a week (7 days) pay departure cleaning and linens/ towel fee of $120 in addition to displayed rates.
Golf cart is included at No Charge for registered guests with valid drivers license over 21 years of age.
All stays pay South Carolina taxes of 11% in addition to rates displayed.
a refundable security/ damage fee of $300 is charged on all reservations in addition to displayed rates.
25% due at booking with full balance due at least 31 days prior to arrival. See rental terms and conditions for full details.
